All prices in South African rand (ZAR), excluding VAT considerations specific to the client.
Published, fixed, and quoted as one number. There is no hourly rate and no open meter.

## Manual Work Audit

- **Price:** R5 000, fixed
- **Duration:** One week
- **Credited:** In full against the first build
- **Deliverables:**
  - Every repetitive process in the business, mapped and timed
  - What each one costs per year, in rand, from the client's own numbers
  - Ranked by what is worth automating and what is worth leaving alone
  - A fixed quote for the top three, so the price is known upfront
- **Note:** If the back office is already tight, the audit says so. The client will have spent
  R5 000 to know it.

## Automation build

- **Price:** R20 000 to R35 000 per process
- **Scope:** One process, fixed scope
- **Duration:** Live in two weeks
- **Quoted:** As a single number off the audit, before anything starts
- **Includes:** Build, documentation, and handover. The client owns the code outright and can
  have anyone maintain it.
- **Note:** Priced one process at a time. When the first is running, the client decides whether
  there is a second. No commitment past the thing in front of them.

## Ongoing support

- **Price:** R2 500 per month, per automated process
- **Terms:** Month to month, cancel whenever
- **Covers:** Keeping the system current as suppliers change formats, new document types appear
  and volumes shift
- **Note:** Optional, and never a condition of the build. The system runs without it.

## What is not sold

- Hourly or day rates
- Retainers required as a condition of a build
- Staff augmentation or a full-time embedded person
- Uptime or on-call guarantees
- Replacement of systems that already work
