## What Veck does

Veck takes a process a business runs every week by hand and rebuilds it as software that
runs itself. Builds land inside the tools the business already uses. There is no platform
migration and no requirement to replace a working system.

**Automation.** The points where a person moves information from one system into another,
removed. CRM routing, ownership and handoff rules. Onboarding and approval flows that move
themselves along. Reporting that builds itself and lands where people already look. Lead
capture and follow-up that fire on what someone actually did. Lifecycle and transactional
email, including the deliverability work.

**AI development.** LLM systems scoped to one named job and wired into existing tools, for
work where a rule cannot decide the answer. Agents that read, decide and write back into
systems. Document and email processing that ends in a record. Internal assistants that work
from written procedures. A human checkpoint wherever the cost of being wrong is real.
